
Historically in Italy the GDO is structured in a network of sale points spread nationwide in the alimentary, furnishing, do-it-yourself and electronics of consumption fields. CA.ST. GROUP came to life with this market to try and solve the GDOs need to use the same services uniformly throughout the territory. Starting out with the distribution of advertising material (true and only primary requirement) with time we have been called to solve problems regarding user basins, customer satisfaction, geomarketing management, and just recently, the analysis of problems regarding fidelization and market share projects.
