Checks are carried out by our suitably trained staff who record the results in appropriate quality forms, noting any irregularities; they personally check that the advertising material is present in the areas indicated and, where it is not, they carry out targeted interviews with residents in the distribution area to see whether they have received the material or not.
In the case of billposting, our inspectors check the correct placement of the posters, documenting any anomalies with digital photos.
We also carry out specific checks at the distributors’ depots and at printing companies.
The information collected is entered and processed using a special software program developed by CA.ST. GROUP which creates a history of data for monitoring the performance of each individual distributor, each point of sale, geographical area, etc.
